VELVOITE says what the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, as amended by the Digital Omnibus, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744) and the GDPR ask of an app or an AI use at work, what the AIMEAT node records for you, and what stays yours. Finnish and English.

## What the page holds

- **Eight duty cards in two roles.** You use AI at work: AI literacy (art. 4), human oversight of a high risk system (art. 26), personal data (GDPR art. 5, 6, 13, 14, 30, 35), and keeping the evidence. You publish what AI made: the prohibited practices (art. 5), telling people and marking the content (art. 50), high risk (art. 6 to 27, Annex I and III), and penalties (art. 99).
